This is really a big problem. ;-)
But how often does a "normal" (upwrong) biker exceed 30 km/h.
That limit is almost only used outside schools, "walk-streets" and such.
50 km/h is normal limit in cities, poor girl, but going down Eklandagatan in Göteborg for example at over 50 km/h on a bike is pure stupidity. No car driver or pedestrian would ever guess that you is coming that fast.
And above 70 km/h on downhills... must be on the countryside...
I you check the Swedish traffic law, you'll find that most rules cover vehicles in general, and that there are specific rules for some categories of vehicles.
And bikes (unregarding number of wheels) are considered to be vehicles in Sweden.
Without having specifically checked, I'll assume that bikes, too, are covered by speed limits.
That seems to make sense...
