Hi Bruno,
the seat height with 2x26" is 52cm, with 2x700c it is 55cm. This is why I called the bike a mid racer, rather then a high racer.
The seat angle is adjustable between 20 and 32 degrees, using a short and long seat support (bracket at the rear). Both are adjustable in 5 steps.
