Hope the following is pretty close to correct - I translated it from a press release in Dutch :-): The [ http://www.deligfietsspecialisten.nl/ ]Ligfietsspecialisten is a group of 11 specialist recumbent dealers in the Netherlands, and on the 20th March the group is promoting a 'national recumbent day'. On that day there will be tours and other recumbent activities offered at all of the participating dealers. There's also a competition to win a recumbent. So if anyone buys a recumbent from one of the 11 dealers on the 20th March or in the two weeks following it, they have a chance to get it for free (up to 1500 Euros) and to be declared the 'offically' the 50,000th recumbent sold in (and from) the Netherlands.
