ECC integration - nettle-bugs

      I'm working on integration of the new ECC code into nettle, on a
separate branch, see
http://git.lysator.liu.se/nettle/nettle/commits/ecc-support
I've probably broken cross-compilation support, but otherwise it should
be working.
