Can anyone please tell me what the intended behavior of a GTP node (GGSN /SGSN) should be in case it receives a echo Response without a corresponding echo request, is there a error code for this that I cannot find.

At first I was quite surprised that I couldn't make any sense of this at all but after some googling it seems to be a case of mistaken acronyms.
This list has nothing to do with mobile telephony (3G, GPRS) at all. Here GTP means Go Text Protocol, used by computer programs that play go, a boardgame.
