Well, that's a different matter. We tape a lot of stuff, not just because
we're not able to watch it at the time, but because, by taping it, we can
shorten the time required to watch a Sky broadcast by about 30%. Having
the stuff on terrestrial would have this effect, to some degree too,
depending on the channel's fondness for advert scatterguns, but still,
watching it live usually takes more time than watching it on a tape.
So, if you can't fit it in when it's taped, you wouldn't be able to fit
it in otherwise, either.
Or - thinking further - does it mean that you can't watch prog X because
you're already taping prog Y at the time?
