I'm amazed at how often I see Delta everywhere. There are Delta Growers
(fresh green beans etc) the Delta Queen paddle steamer on the Waikato river,
Delta Transport etc. It seems a popular letter for some reason. You don't
see mu, iota or epsilon used much.
A search of the Auckland on-line white pages turned up 15 Delta businesses.
Here's a sample: Delta Hypnotherapy (oh no, do they do adjustments and mind
wipes?), Bakehouse, Car Rentals, Dog Training (bit of an insult, that),
Educational Supplies, Painters, Software, Valves and Controls, the K-Delta
Restaurant, and Delta Quadrant Consultants - they must be Voyager fans.
In summary, there are 44 Alpha businesses, 4 Betas, 8 Gammas, 15 Deltas and
1 Eta (peanuts of course!).
Nico
