Thank you for your time earlier today at the get together in Pierre Guillaumat 2. I wanted to follow up on our discussion with a bit more details on opportunities we have at Apple. Hopefully it'll help us spark a great relationship with the Computer Science program at Linköping University.

They can email me directly to apply and i'll gladly coordinate with our HR team to set up interviews with the necessary teams after reviewing their resumes. We'd love to fill in these positions as soon as possible, so i'd definitely encourage your students to get in touch with us right away, if they are interested. Three of these positions seem well suited for CS students:
- Cloud Services Engineering
- Software Engineering
- iOS Software Engineering
Most internships we offer, are 6 month long but they can range from 3 months to 1 year. The typical process for international students takes about 2 months. We have a few phone interviews with the team, then issue an internship offer but the longer step is the visa process. All internships are paid on a 40 hour/week basis (+ overtime) and Apple will cover the roundtrip flight to California (+ housing stipend).
The internship program has worked remarkably well for UCT students and i'm looking forward renewing the experience with the Linköping University.
