An unexpected mention in a newspaper report on the crisis over the Welsh
Assembly building in Cardiff, whose construction has halted after a row
with the architect over costs. The building is intended to have a
"democratic roof", a concept not explained in the article, and derided
by Andy Cozens, one of several local citizens interviewed by the Daily
Telegraph. Mr Cozens said "Does that mean we can all sit on it? It's
quite a ridiculous statement, isn't it. This thing just looks like
something out of Blake's Seven or Blue Peter."
Early maniac, anyone?
