In fact he does in my story, though not directly to anyone's face - he has a finely-honed sense of self-preservation! And I've read Kriegspielen and your other stories in the library, and enjoyed them very much, particularly the one with the rampaging alien, can't remember the name. I *think* I'm now clean, though it cost me forty quid to get someone who knew what he was doing to reinstall Windows for me after I market-gardened on my own attempts to remove the damn thing. At least the dreaded kernel32 executable has failed to reappear, along with its accomplice in the registry. My first foray into the wonderful world of regedit... My profound apologies to anyone I inadvertently infected. Serves me right that it should happen just as a thread emerges that I was rather keen to pitch in on. 'Bastard' doesn't sound quite right for Vila? I once had Cally screaming 'f***' at the top of her lungs. (In Kriegspielen, which you can find in the Hermit library.) Neil

And the best bit of all was that the Star One scene ends with Avon looking at Blake in the same direction as he is facing on GP, so I was able to morph Avon from one image to the other without much difficulty. That looked *really* good. I used a Reveal Video Artist, but when I got my replacement PC I got a different kit because Reveal had gone bust. I managed to download some of their codecs from the internet, but I couldn't find all the ones I needed, so I can't watch the videos I had saved to CD-R.
