I suppose it would depend upon how 'familiar' her picture was - there must have been billions of people in the Federation etc.
Going back to something I brought up a while ago - there seems to be little 'official art' around in the Federation - one would expect pictures of Servalan's predecessors in her military office (as with the pictures of Prime Ministers in 10 Downing Street) etc. And the picture of herself Servalan/Sleer smashed in series 4 seems to have been in the possession of a Servalan 'diehard'.

I'm down to one copy of 'Travis: the final act" audio tape. I'm also getting
very low on Logic of Empire. There will be no more copies of the Travis tape.
There might be a few more copies of 'Logic' next year, but once Alan runs out of
printed covers that will be it. 'Logic' features several B7 cast members in a
plot with a twist.
