in a few of the other prisoners. It would seem more reasonable to fit the limiter if they wanted to release him back into the community. I can think of a few reasons none of which are particuarly backed up by what we see in the series...just speculation... Maybe it was an experiement. Or maybe it didn't work properly. Leia

Almost immediately after Orac's arrival on the Liberator the ship is taken over by the System. (And as for the shortly-to-be-named Liberator being in the vicinity of a space battle and the London - Orac set everything up.
