I agree with Sally - I don't think Vila would get rid of Blake. he does actually seem to like him. Blake is nicer to Vila than the rest of them for the most part...not quite as scathing about his intelligence/cowardice/abilites/whatever. He's one of the few who ever bothers to thank him or tell him well done too. Leia

No, Blake would be near-to-last on his eviction list, IMO. He doesn't like being in danger, true (but is no more enthusiastic about Avon or Tarrant supplying the danger), but at least with Blake he can feel *of* use, whereas certain Other People (whether I love em or not, the truth must be told) like to denigrate his worth to his face ...
