Valid question. However, her skills seem to be primarily political (as
opposed to military), and that general equates to an awareness of
historical trends, and an ability to at be persuasive while dealing with
other intelligent and educated people. To me, that suggests she would
have reasonable sounding philosophic and theoretic arguements to back up
suggestions. If you look at it that way, it does directly affect her. It
also means she might not be that interested in the ultimate truth, but
merely the studies, etc, that validate her viewpoint.
