I'd have to dig through files to get specific dates. I'd describe the TN as
evolving from an informal group of Tarrant supporters to the group that
launched On the Wing (the Tarrant APA), which is over ten years old. The
"official" name of Tarrant Nostra came along a bit after that.

Not even clearly identified by me because I'm a lazy recorder keeper. :) But
our newest title holder is Penny Dreadful who was recently appointed to the
position of Defender of Tarrant's Trousers.
New members need only declare allegiance to join the ranks. And we've been
known to try to drag in the unconverted as well.
