Yes it is there. On page 91 it states:

AVON RAISES GUN & AIMS STEPS OVER BLAKE. LOOKS DOWN PISTOL INTO CAM. SMILES.

Then at the bottom of the page:

Gun into foreground. Hold steady shot. HOLD FOR FREEZE FRAME. He smiles.
