I read Chris Boucher said he had the shootings in slow-mo so it could
possibly be regarded as such. He did say he could bring back anyone but
Blake if they had the 5th season originally expected.

Not very sane thoughts IMO. He describes himself as a psychopath earlier
(with a coldly amused smile) while listing the types of crimos no longer
welcome on GP. Perhaps he was looking for Blake in order to eliminate him,
as Blake would have good reason to suspect Avon of betrayal (very few real
strikes against the Feds, wiping out Sula's coup just as it was succeeding).
