"Interaction Revises Installment Plan Arrangements"

     Interaction Revises Installment Plan Arrangements

With the Convention drawing closer, Interaction is making some changes to its membership Installment Plan arrangements. These changes will take effect from 1 June 2004.

The Installment Plan option enables fans to spread the cost of an Interaction Attending membership over a period of up to 12 months, using quarterly installments, and has been highly successful with over 100 fans opting to join this way. However, the current installment payment profile would not allow fans signing up after 1 June to complete their installments prior to the start of the convention.

To enable fans to continue to benefit from the installment option, Interaction will be increasing the installment sizes to £40 / US$75 / 60 EURO from 1st June. All other conditions will remain unchanged. Fans joining the scheme will therefore buy a Supporting membership first (£30 or $45 or 45 EUR) and then pay the fee for conversion to Attending membership in quarterly installments. The total charge for the membership will be frozen at the time of signing up to the Plan.

The Installment Plan is open to all new members of Interaction and to those who already hold a Supporting membership. Interaction will be raising its membership rates from 1 June 2004 but those joining the Plan before this date will continue to benefit from the current rates despite not having to complete their payments until April 2005.

From 1 June onwards, the installment plan payment profile

will therefore be as follows:

In the UK: £30 for supporting membership followed by installments of £40 and £25 for a total of £95.

In the US: $45 for supporting membership followed by installments of $75 and $50 for a total of $170.

In the Eurozone: 45 EUR for supporting membership followed by installments of 60 EUR and 40 EUR for a total of 145 EUR.
