Although I haven't overhauled this list for several years and undoubtedly would replace some of the items on it with more recent offerings if I did, it still stands as a collection of fine stories I would heartily recommend. The stories are listed alphabetically. Be advised that #10 is slash.
(Aside to Natasa: I'm afraid many of these *are* A-B stories. Not all, though. Several are purely Blake-centered, and a couple are actually Avon-Vila :-))
1. "Alone but not Silent" by Nicoline van den Berg (Gambit #14) 2. "A Moment for Contemplation" by Linda Knights (Questions of the Past) 3 "Circle of Fire" by Suzan Lovett (Those That Favor Fire) 4. "Final Theft/"The Choice" by Jane Mailander (Rebel Destinies) 5. "Fragments of Yesterday" by Ana Dorfstad (Enarrare) 6. "Gemini Rising" by Suzan Lovett (Those That Favor Fire) 7. "Haunted" by Nickey Bernard (Pressure Point) 8. "In the Wake of Ruin" by Linda Willard (Horizon #11) 9. "It's All Done By Magic" by Linda Knights (Southern Seven #6) 10. "Pedestal" by Thomas (Fire and Ice #?)
Turning to longer stories, I also rated the following as my 5 favorite B7 novellas:
1. "Dante's Madness" by Linda Knights (Questions of the Past) 2. "Doppelganger" by Suzan Lovett (Powerplay #2) 3. "Game of Humanity" by Sheila Paulson (Probability Square) 4. "Half-Life" by Jamie Ritchey & Dee Beetem (Blakes Doubles #2) 5. "The Road to Hell" by Suzan Lovett (Powerplay #1)
(I believe the two Lovett novellas are now also available in a collection of Suzan Lovett stories published by Judith Proctor.)
