If you *really* want so desperately to be noticed,
you could always be a troll like Wendy, but I don't reccommend it. Or is that actually what you're doing, in calling us "exceptionally rude"?<<
LOL! No, I don't want to be *desperately* noticed - Oh brother...I just wanted to talk about a show I enjoyed with other people who also enjoyed it, why is that so hard to understand? If you wish to think of me as a troll, that's your prerogative :-)
Look, I spend 2-4 hours a day reading my email, with
the various mailing lists I'm on. I am *never* going to respond to every post. To expect me to is being completely unfair and ruddy unreasonable.<<
That statement would be completely justified, *if* that is what I was expecting, I never expected all my posts to be answered and certainly not by everyone, not here nor anywhere else, what I did expect was someone (it is usually the moderator or list owner)to officially welcome me and acknowledge my presence on the list as being accepted. Up until then, everytime I posted, I felt I was being intrusive and more so, each time a post was ignored.
I am sorry if I have deeply offended anyone, I truly never expected to, I thought I was justified in what I said, therefore I didn't really think it would bother anyone - I was wrong - and for that I am sorry.
Cheryl.
