Maybe, once Blake was convicted (first or second time around) Inga elected
to join her father on Exbar as an indefinite-stay visitor. We only now for a fact that she's definitely been there since the previous winter, when she pulled Ushton out of crevasse. Though she might have gone away since then and come back again. For all we are told by the script, Travis might have picked her up somewhere else entirely and taken her to Exbar himself, though her outfit suggests she's been there a while and gone native.<
On the contrary, her outfit suggests that Travis has picked her straight up from a planet with a more clement climate. :-)
Thanks, Neil. Now I can make sense of that outfit.

(chuckle) It's amazing just how many things I have overlooked whilst watching various episodes - I never even thought about the gear Inga was wearing in that sort of climate - but you're right it was a bit shy of an overcoat or two wasn't it?
===== Cheryl. (My favourite 'Blake's 7' moment) What a fiasco! We could take over the ship you said, if I did my bit. Well, I did my bit, and what happened? Your 'troops' bumble around looking for someone to surrender to, and when they've succeeded, You, follow suit! (Avon to Blake. "Spacefall")
