And he's not the only one in that episode: I just re-watched it yesterday and found myself thinking most of the episode must have been costumed by the High-Flared Collar Brigade, from the Clone Masters (who could develop clones but not comfortable outfits) right through Servalan (with a collar that defies description -- looks like spun glass and pipe cleaners?).
