OK, I can understand "Weapon" and "Horizon", and we all know that "Animals" has its own small but vocal and dedicated group of promoters -- but what is the attraction of "Voice From the Past"? I know I've seen that one, but I honestly can just barely remember it.

Lotsa things, most of which were undoubtedly not intentional on the part of the makers. Things like how good Avon looks in that outfit, and sundry other similarly shallow considerations.

Well, apart from the shirt, there's a lot about Federation politics, and it's probably the single episode which does most to justify Blake's use of terrorism rather than negotiation.
