I mean, she's a native of Gauda Prime whose family was killed by the kind of creeps they are now hiring bounty hunters to clear out. With her history as a hired gun, it would be perfectly reasonable for her to come home and get a little revenge for profit. She was, after all, at some kind of bounty hunter base. Even if they have video of her coming in with Avon and the others, she might be able to say she had hooked up with them to lure them into a bounty hunter base only things got crazy - the base seemed to already be under the control of that terrorist, Roj Blake. Then the shooting started.

No, no, she didn't shoot because she wasn't sure what side anyone was on. It wasn't because she was afraid that Blake guy was about to steal her bounty so she just waited till Avon had gotten rid of him.
