Fiona:
Maybe that's what RONTANE could stand for. Redheads Objecting to Negative Typecasting of Auburn Nutted Ectresses (*almost* works...)
Hmm. RONTANA. Sounds like a Doctor Who companion. Appropriate?
That having been said, I absolutely *loathe* Mission to Destiny :). However, we can have a look at it if you like...
Me too...but then I thought much the same 'bout 'Deliverance'. Perhaps we should adopt it as the Lyst 'ep of the week' -- it must have *some* hidden depths?

It's a wonderful episode if you don't like Blake. First he strands Avon and Cally there--it's Blake's genius idea to take their guns, no one asked him. BTW, what is there in either computer programming or embezzlement to suggest that Avon knows how to fix their blasted spaceship in the first place? Dr. Kendall has to tell him to stop fumfering around with the Neutrotope*, then Blake doesn't bother to look in the box, then for an encore he actually blows up their ship. Cheers, mate.

*I wrote a version of this episode where, apart from the stuff you don't want to hear about and the stuff you REALLY don't want to hear about, Blake does get the Neutrotope but ends up dropping it and smashing it to bits.
