This seems true, there was only one woman on the London and we only saw woman on Cygnus Alpha. However, a copuple of thoughts. We saw very few of the people already on Cygnus Alpha, so we had no real evidence to make a good statistical guess as to the gender breakdown of the population as it already stands. Secondly, the norm may be for prison ships to be segregated with all men on one with male warders and all female on others with female warders. For reasons unknown, Jenna may have been an unusual case. Weak I know, but not impossible.
