True, but at least one of the ones he tends to get protective about is still on the search-and-rescue lists. If it was going to even slightly delay getting to the galaxy's most wanted man before someone else got to him, I still can't see Avon putting revenge for a *failed* near-murder - after the fact - ahead of going *straight* on with the next pickup. He did have rather clear priorities, and unlike us he wasn't to know at this stage that the search-and-rescue *had* just come to a screaming halt :-) by the time this point sunk in, his temper may not have improved (IMO quite it was quite *definitely* the worse for wear in Volcano through to Kairos) but he had other things to think about.

This is a more practical option (and is probably something they all three would know Blake would want them to do). Although <grin> given the contacts of Jenna's we meet (Tarvin, Largo) *she* might not have many on that email list who'd care ...
