Gan seemed to recognise the grave markers for what they were in Duel (assuming that is indeed what they were), and neither Blake nor Jenna seemed inclined to argue, so the concept of burial was at least familiar to all three of them.
More important that _Gan_, who knew nothing about churches and who probably hadn't traveled much before deportation, knew them. Darn, because I just don't see them having any in the domes . . . . Maybe they figure prominantly in cheesy movies? Like mummies and Egyptian pyramids in some from this day and age?
