Would Space Command count as 'Inner Worlds'? I'd hardly count Servalan as a plain dresser, even in S1.

The Federation uniforms in Traitor seem to be embroidered with jet beads, which is a bit extreme. BTW, Travis II wears what looks like a squashed Star of David on his uniform, and I don't think anyone else does-- what's up with that?
