However much of a loner she may be, I don't see Soolin enjoying too much of a lengthy stay at the base with no company but Dorian.

Although I can see him inviting her over occasionally or giving her a sort of standing invitation, with "Whatever you do, call ahead" repeated several times (she was just to glad to turn tables on him in rescue after the last time he said, "Uh, you'll have to stay in orbit a few more hours while I, uh, get the door fixed.") Or maybe she was a semipermanent resident and he'd drop her off on whatever planet when she wanted to go shopping or shoot something while he ran 'errands' and came by to pick her up a few days later.
