SFX a while back did a comparison of space ships and stations' sizes based on info from the shows. The Liberator is about the same size as Deep Space Nine.

You mean the person working it out for SFX thinks it is. I reserve the right to disbelieve six impossible things after breakfast. Given the unreliability of info about virtually anything practical in the show, I wouldn't put it quite that big.

We know you can cram about 50 people into the London. Liberator is at least 10 times the size of the London. So even if three-quarters of the Liberator is taken up by non-livable space (engines, etc), I'd expect that Liberator would accommodate at least 125 people.
