You've all got much more encyclopaedic knowledge of the show than I have. Can anyone think of some good quotes from the show about technology and/or computers?

Ah. Once upon a time I was going to make myself a poster: "Everything I need to know about computing I learned from Blakes 7". Most of the quotes I was going to use, IIRC, didn't refer to computers directly, but let's see if I can remember a couple:
"It's nice to know computers can have their bad days, too." "Never argue with a computer." "You can't bully a machine into doing what you want." "With a brain like mine, who needs computers?" "A logical, rational intelligence is no match for yours." "Who needs computers?" "You can't put thumbscrews on a computer." "Everything automatic; therefore predictable, and therefore vulnerable."
On other technologies:
"A weapon once created cannot be abandoned, it can only be contained." "Just because you don't know how to build a high-energy traction beam doesn't mean that no one else knows how to build one." "You should always be careful about getting a second-hand spacecraft. They can be very unreliable." "The intellect is a much more powerful weapon than the gun, particularly when the gun doesn't work."
There's likely more in Harvest, Headhunter, Traitor, and Games, among others. HTH, it's hard to be specific without some idea of the intended application.

Aha - I think that may be the one. Which episode is that in?
Urk-- Power (Dayna to Tarrant as they re-enter the base). I didn't know it was that one, honest. Does this make nine?

I think we did actually get to 10.

Flattery will get you nowhere young lady.

Apart from the obvious
Blake: neat Avon: Computer based functions generally are
I do like the bit in Star One where Keldan City control tells the Nova Queen:
"Computer Control doesn't go wrong"
Shortly before Nova Queen smashes into the Ore Carrier and blows up Keldan City.
I'm also fond of:
Jenna: I don't think he likes you, somehow. Avon: I think I may have to reprogram that machine. Jenna: That still won't make you likable.
Stephen.

Some of these are going to be repeats of ones other people have mentioned, but I justify this because these ones have the episode attributions...
(Kathryn goes and does a search for "computer")
Blake: Neat. Avon: Most computer-based functions are. (Blake's 7: Spacefall [A2])
"I'm not sure I entirely trust a computer with a mind of its own." -- Roj Blake (Blake's 7: Cygnus Alpha [A3])
Blake: It's nice to know that computers can have their bad days, too. Alta 1: The System is infallible. (Blake's 7: Redemption [B1])
Blake: Moral: Avon: Never argue with a computer. Blake: Right. (Blake's 7: Weapon [B3])
"Well, at least Tharn had one thing going for him: he didn't like computers." -- Del Tarrant (Blake's 7: Dawn of the Gods [C4])
"Master computer. Sees all, hears all, and ocassionally says something." -- Section Leader Grose, of Moloch (Blake's 7: Moloch [C11])
Vila: What? Where're we going? Tarrant: To destroy a computer. Vila: Why? Tarrant: It knows too much about me. (Blake's 7: Moloch [C11])
"With a brain like mine, who needs computers?" -- Vila Restal (Blake's 7: Terminal [C13])
Deva: Hm. You've been given a temporary appointment as a law enforcement officer. Blake: That central computer doesn't care who it makes respectable, does it? Deva: It's an inferior model, I'm afraid. (Blake's 7: Blake [D13])
(Kathryn does a search for "machine")
Jenna: I don't think he likes you somehow. Avon: I think I may have to reprogram this machine. Jenna: Still won't make you likeable. (Blake's 7: Cygnus Alpha [A3])
Blake: You forgot Zen. Avon: You're not counting that machine as a member of the crew. Blake: Oh, what do you say to that Zen? Zen: Please state course and speed. Blake: Very diplomatic. (Blake's 7: Time Squad [A4])
Avon: One thing they proved back there. Blake: What? Avon: Biological machines will never replace the real thing. They're far too unpredictable. (Blake's 7: The Web [A5])
"He was calling me a machine, but since he undoubtably defines himself as a human being, I shall choose to accept that as more of a compliment than anything else." -- Kerr Avon (Blake's 7: Duel [A8])
Computer: Jam. Jamble. Scramble. Uncode. Declassify. Jargon. Love is the only reality. Tarrant: I don't suppose this kind of machine would respond to a kick in the ear, would it? (Blake's 7: Sand [D9])
(Kathryn searches for "technology")
"You're wasting your time. They won't have radio. The only technology they're interested in is on wheels or flies or goes bang." -- Vila Restal, on Space Rats (Blake's 7: Stardrive [D4])
(Kathryn stops)
Kathryn Andersen (sniffing in suburbia) -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Avon: So frighten him too much, he's no use to anyone. Tarrant: He wasn't that frightened. Cally: He was terrified. So terrified he might just get himself killed because it's easier than going on. (Blake's 7: City at the Edge of the World [C6])

Kathryn, thanks for all these, particularly when you're suffering from flu. And it's very good to have you back.

Soolin: What did you do? Vila: What any skilled technician does with solid state circuitry, you kick the living quartz out of it. (Blake's 7: Traitor [D3])

Also, where does Vila threaten to turn Orac into a drinks dispenser?
Ah, now that one I do know - Deathwatch. He also adds that Orac would look really good as an empty space.
In Rumours of Death Avon suggests that Orac's principal drawback is that it is too useful to destroy.
