Revenge isn't an emotion i associate with Orac. I think its main reason for wanting to go with Blake is that that offered it more potential freedom to do what it liked. Servalan would have just made it a tool of the federation and probably used it 24 hours a day doing something.

I think that this is its main motivation, but I also think that it's capable of feeling a desire for revenge - and that might tip the balance.
