I think Dorian kept Soolin around to pick her brains while he developed the clipguns. Dorian was smart, but not smart enough to build the teleport by himself, or to realise he was actually building a tele-ergotron. So he consulted the Seska while building the teleport, and he saw Ensor at some stage, possibly when designing Slave (Slave was described as 'advanced' in Rescue, remember).

I don't think Soolin had been around Dorian long enough to have seen any other victims.
