Welcome Tony.
We are big fans over here at my uni, we even have 3 library servers names
after the >blakes 7 computers, lol.
I named the computers on one of the networks at work after B7 characters too. We keep getting new ones though and I'm begining to run out of names!<grin>

The sysadmin at work knows I'm a Blake's 7 fan, so he called my previous workstation "avon". Unfortunately, when we got the new workstations, they said they all had to be named after stars or planets or the like (such as "Venus" or "Saturn" or "Nova"). Fortunately we could choose what we wanted. Unfortunately all the B7 names I could think of were double-barrelled and too long (like Cygnus Alpha, Saurian Major, Star One, etc). So I decided to be clever and subtle and call my machine "deneb". Why? Because Deneb is the name of the Alpha star of the constellation Cygnus. Yep. Cygnus Alpha.
Well, I thought it was clever...
Kathryn Andersen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Blake: Vila, go and see how Cally is, will you. Vila: Must I? Jenna: It's not catching. Vila: It brought my head out in lumps. (Blake's 7: The Web [A5])
