Porn's a fun thing. So are cigarettes. So is chocolate. But all three are addictive, and are best used in small doses.
Actually there's a big difference, both cigarettes and chocolate contain substances that are physically addictive and thus are addictive in themselves. Porn however is *only* addictive if you respond to it. Unless you respond to it, you are not going to become addicted to it.
Slash, however mild, only works if you take it out of the context of the series, cause it's not canon.
Not everyone agrees with this. As has no doubt been said a million times before, just because it isn't there on screen doesn't mean it doesn't exist. For example, I'm sure that the _Liberator_ had bathrooms and that its crew ate meals. We don't see either of these on screen either.

That's only one form of addiction though. Psychological dependency is also a clinically recognised form of addiction, and one which can be just as damaging as the other kind (if not more, because it's easier to deny that psychological addiction exists).

I do detect a slight movement of goalposts here... the two functions you're talking about are necessary biological ones. We can take it as read that the characters eat and go to the loo without it impacting much on their lives otherwise (except in certain circumstances :)...) However, having sex is a bit different. It's hard to have sex with someone and then go about your daily business with that person as if nothing had ever happened between you.
And, FWIW, don't forget that the reason we don't see the bathrooms on the Liberator is because the Liberator is a studio set. As better writers than myself have pointed out, if the creators, writers, producers, and actors had intended to portray, or indeed hint at, a sexual relationship, they could have, and they didn't.
