Hi Fiona
You've caught me on a weekend again, so I won't be able to start replying until early next week (and there's a *lot* I want to say, about slash, fandom, cultural imperialism and foxes, though I'm not sure you'll like some of it). But for now:
If you think you do want to hear what I see in Redemption, e-mail back (a clue: it all hinges on Orac, Orac's prediction, the Alta, the System and something Avon says when he is looking at Orac's prediction on the screen with Blake)
Something to do with not going near cliffs? Yes, I would very much like to know what you see in Redemption, since I suspect it would be something I could never see for myself. We have very very different ways of looking at things.

It was 'not difficult' to memorise the stellar layout - there was a fairly obvious constellation (and Zen as a ship's computer would be able to plot where in the galaxy it would be seen and presumably it had a sense of self preservation. Whether it would admit that this was where the ship came from is another matter.)

Er, sorry all, that was an offlyst post that should never have appeared here. Forget you ever saw it. Better still, bag it up in beat and throw it in a pond full of kittens (or something).

In one of the local markets there are battery operated 'cat in the bag' toys (you pick them up and they move about meowing). Is this what you mean (g)
