I can't help but think that if there *were* accommodations for 250 people, we'd have heard something about it, especially from people used to living in what looked like a densely occupied dome. References to the ship being eerily empty, jokes about using a different cabin every night,
...or something like this...
Blake> Where the hell is Avon? Vila> Changed his room again, has he? Cally> Have you tried level 6? He told me once those rooms are closest to the self-repair circuits and he's always wanted to study them. Jenna> He's not anywhere near my cabin. I've told him if he played loud music near my cabin ever again, the last equation on his mind would be one of volume vs. distance. Avon> ::entering casually:: What would be the good of all these rooms if anyone knew where to find me. Hello, Blake, and what do you want from me this time?

LOL! Exactly! But Avon would have to jigger Zen somehow so it wouldn't give his current location away. +I am sorry. That information is classified until the starting time of Avon's next on-duty shift.+
And then Blake can play a version of Button, Button as he searches room by room.... Hmm. Would Avon decide to hide in *Blake's room*, on the theory that would be the last place Blake would look? Or would he figure that Blake would think he'd think that, and thus look there first, and so Avon would hide in his own assigned cabin instead?
