Acting I can do - give me the lines and the character and I'm away. Ask me to stand in front of a roomful of people, make eye contact with them and ad lib and be witty...<shudder>
For me, as an introvert, it isn't too intimidating because I choose what I want to show... the audience sees what I want it to see. In interactive communication, I find myself in the painful position of having to guess how they expect me to react to what they are saying, what they want from me, etc.
Not a problem - I'm me and if they don't like me, so what? I don't care what they expect of me.
