I searched on the web and found a US bookshop selling it and bought it mail order. You might have more luck with Sometimes After Sunset by Tanith Lee. This is two books in one, the second being Kill The Dead. The first is Sabella, or the Blood Stone.

I remember enjoying Sabella, tho' it is about fifteen years since I read it, and my copy has gone walkabout. So you'd be getting a couple of good books in that.
