Oh, I know. But didn't they split one of the provinces in two? Assuming the Indian territory chooses to come along....
BTW, my Canadian neighbor, an ex-anglophone Quebecer, says the merger would be worth it just for the sake of turning Quebec into a beleaguered island surrounded on all sides by another country. ;-)
