I suspect that Servalan, like Anna, arranged at least one widowhood. Actually I'm surprised that Blake wasn't married, and sometimes I speculate whether his wife didn't overcome her conflict between Love and Duty by turning him in. I doubt Jenna would have been married, it doesn't seem to fit the pirate/smuggler ethic. And I don't think Avon would make any vows of exclusivity--least of all to Blake, who I consider is the last person in the Universe he'd marry even if allowed (or encouraged) to. We don't know enough about Auronar to know if Cally could/would/did marry before shipping off to Saurian Major.
