And that's it. Helpful? Probably not, but it's all they gave us.
And put together by some incredible research. Thank you!
Theories on the strange time/speed factors -
1. B7, as we saw it, was taken from Vila's memoirs and he just wrote down whatever sounded good.
2. There never was a Vila. Avon made him up when he wrote his memoirs to blame for anything he did that wouldn't have fit his brilliant image. Consequently, the times and speeds he made up don't sound too convincing either.
3. Given the fact that Vila doesn't get blamed for shooting Blake, maybe Vila made Avon up.
Hmm, according to that theory, S4 really went something more like -
Rescue - "All right, Dayna, if you're that worried about the ship Servalan left, just toss in one of those furry creatures, first. What harm could it do?"
Power - "I know. Let's have a house warming party and invite all the neighbors."
Traitor - "Believe me, Helotrix is a great place to spend a vacation. And it's not like we have to worry about running into anyone we know."
Stardrive - "Oops. Sorry, Dr. Plaxton."
Animals - "Oops. Sorry, Og."
Headhunter - The entire text of how Vila accidentally took the android instead of the doctor, how the doctor was accidentally left without a head, and how the android was then accidentally blown up is too painful to go into.
Assassin - "Soolin, there's this woman, Piri. She's a deadly assissin. Really. Any stories she tells about how I borrowed a lot of money and then took off are just part of a clever cover story. Honest."
Sand - "Let me get this straight, Soolin. Even though I'm the only male on the ship, the sand still voted to get rid of me?"
Games - "Me? Cheat?"
Gold - Vila steal worthless gold. When Vila actually finds a fence who can use it, he sells it for fake money.
Orbit - "Let me see if I got this right, Orac. If I stay on the ship, it crashes. So, you're saying the only way I can keep that from happening and save myself is by throwing me off the ship. But what if I won't cooperate?"
"You could shoot yourself first."
"Good point. And I might even do it. I'd better go hide before I find myself and get a chance." [turns to run, trips over superdense matter].
Warlord - The elaborate story of how Zukan sold them out personally to a Federation agent who blew up his ship is 100% true. Honest. Just because Vila was a little curious about how the ship's engine worked and had a look at it doesn't mean he had anything to do with the deadly accident - er, sabotage.
In the same way, Xeona died heroically to save them and not because any thieves may have 'borrowed' her good pair of gloves.
Blake - "Blake, we found you at la- Oops. Sorry. Thought I had the safety on."
