I'm intrigued and will have to look again! Thank you very much.
I think all the female characters except Servalan were very badly served by the writers (and let's not even mention that bastard Ben Steed).

There's not a lot, true (there rarely is with the secondary characters*) but there are IMO a few indicators -
they have one of the REALLY rare semi-personal talks in Time Squad, and do seem to me to be friendly;
once or twice, early on, they seem to be teaming up to tease Vila about his cowardice (Destiny)
he shows concern for her in Deliverance (keeping Lord Avon's mind on the task of saving Jenna :-)) and Shadow ("Are you all right Jenna?" "What does it look like?")
Jenna is the *most* determined to save Gan, even when risking the Liberator, in Breakdown; her determination seems to have a fiercer, more personal quality than the rest (and moreso than we're used to from her).
Jenna, like Vila, seriously considers leaving Blake in Trial (and her "much good it did him").
*Jenna should have been one of the primary characters, true. But Idon't really think she *ever* was - there simply wasn't enough interest in her character, right from the start - and Avon and Vila took over writer and audience interest very quickly.
