Cheryl, if you're still around-- you didn't say anything I thought needed to be defended or argued against, I suppose. I don't answer *MOST* posts, including those by people I'm very fond of. As I said to Mistral, usually the only replly I can make to her posts is the draful "Me, too" We don't generally do welcoming salutations on the list because we tend to be information-oriented people. If that strikes you as rude, you probably will be better off without us. If you want a conversation, the best way to start it is giving us a topic to chew on. Like, "Did Avon change from dull clothes to flashy duds because originally he was dressing to shelter himself from the other male prisoners on board the London? Or did the studs-and-leather look indicate embracing the more violent life of a guerilla rather than white-collar criminal?" I read all posts; I answer few, primarily because it takes a while to write.
