It might have - fleetingly and guiltily - but he wouldn't act on it unless forced to by an *immediate* threat (like Travis holding a gun on him). Vila is softly selfish and very self-centred: under pressure he'll consider abandoning a crewmate (he thinks about leaving Blake in Trial, and wants to ditch Tarrant in Traitor) but he's anything but cold-blooded about it. He does like Blake and values his approval (IMO), and I don't think he has the calculation necessary for a deliberate and deadly betrayal of this nature.
