Of course one is *scandalised* that B7 only got to number 6. Behind Thunderbirds for goodness sake.
Not to mention the shocking travesty of Dr Who at 2 and Trek at 1. Disgrace.

Given that Who and B7 effectively left terrestrial television 10 and 20 years ago respectively (except for some very badly handled recent repeats) they both did astonishing well.
The real surprise to me was that a long running recent show like Babylon 5 got beaten out of the top 10 by Space 1999 and Buck Rogers. I'm also moderately surprised that BR beat Battlestar Galactica, which according to normal media wisdom is the much more valuable franchise. Perhpas this is a UK-only thing. Not that I give a damn about any of that. Although it would have been nice to see Farscape make it into the top 10. And, yes, The Clangers.

PS Boots is stocking *great* Clangers hotwater bottles right now. And all I got for my birthday was a bottle of Glenmorangie, Southpark season 4, and a bottle of champagne... (Thanks Hellen)
