Because, catching up on a lot of chockie-coated posts in the March archive I just wanted - out of the kindness of my heart - to suggest to anyone who goes to Switzerland, go to Sprungli's (several shops in Zurich).

The small and excrutiatingly expensive boxes they call 'Number One'.

Absolutely *the* most wonderful thing I have ever tasted in my life.

(The rest of their chocolate is wonderful too, but this stuff ... I didn't eat another thing for hours just to keep the aftertaste).
