Umm, I think this is from Jacqui:
Dorian wanted 'the group' to act as a gestalt - now what would happen if
'the group' decided to make use of Dorian's room as a joint property?
And who would they put in it?
Maybe My Client would put it up for long-term lease and keep the money.
