Jenna's old flame in "Bounty" aside, she frequently acts jealous towards Blake (again, "Bounty" and "Hostage" providing good examples).
I'd say there are numerous occasions where Jenna shows an obvious interest in Blake, and one of my reasons for thinking Blake might be more interested in men than women is that he never shows any interest in her. There again maybe he just didn't like blondes.
We have few grounds in canon for understanding what B7 sexual mores might be, or whether these differ according to caste (Alpha--Delta), home planet (Earth/Inner worlds/Outer worlds/independent unFederated worlds), or race (human/Auronar). I'd say there was some evidence derived from the series for believing that they would differ.
We see one example of a nuclear family (in The Way Back) -- involving people I would assume were Alphas on Earth. Various other people -- all I think plausibly high caste and Earth origin -- are mentioned as being married (woman in Headhunter, Hal Mellanby, Anna/Sula). We also see two overt gay couples. We visit several bases where there appear to be only men (XK-72, Fosforon). Siblings are mentioned quite a few times, so family ties are recognised under some circumstances at least. Cloning is a form of reproduction for Auronar and the Seska appear to have junked men altogether.
I'd hate to have to draw any overall conclusions....
In the absence of solid establishing evidence, it tends to be up to the audience to insert their own preconceptions onto the show.
